Lead Forward Deployed Engineer

The Experience

Lead Forward Deployed Engineer is part of Salesforce's delivery organisation, responsible for designing, building, and deploying agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments. In this role, you will lead a delivery pod - partnering closely with a Deployment Strategist to co‑build solutions that go live in production environments from day one, spanning configuration, customisation, and full‑stack deployment across some of the largest enterprises in the world.

We are looking for a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer who brings a builder mindset, deep production‑grade engineering experience, and the ability to lead complex technical deliveries - someone who ships quality code, mentors fellow engineers, and leaves customer teams more capable after every engagement.
