Lead, Forward-Deployed AI & Data Engineering

Databricks is seeking a Manager, Forward Deployed Engineering to lead a team of FDE and AI Engineers in NSW. You will partner with enterprise accounts to migrate data to lakehouse platforms, develop AI/GenAI systems, and deliver measurable business value.

Build a culture of technical excellence, governance, and customer impact across large-scale engagements. You will mentor architects and engineers, drive delivery standards, and act as an executive escalation point for critical situations, while
