Lead Fluid Component Engineer - E3

**Roles and Responsibilities**- Execute the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements.This work would include hydro-mechanical design for all products.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline.Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
- Assure that proper documentation of technical data generated to substantiate the assigned components, assemblies, processes and/or systems is consistent with engineering policies and procedures.
- In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- Monitor and communicate project status, business issues and significant developments.Participate as a presenter in technical and program reviews.
