Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented ERP Lead to drive ERP business growth, deployments, client engagement, and team management across the Delhi NCR region. The candidate will be responsible for ERP upsells, implementation coordination, customer success, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Business & Revenue Growth
- Drive ERP business growth through new customer acquisition and upsell opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly upsells, deployment, and revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities within existing clients for ERP module expansion and cross-selling.
Deployment & Implementation
- Ensure timely ERP deployments and successful project go-live.
- Coordinate with Product, Implementation, and Support teams for issue resolution.
