Job Description Summary

Function as Commercial Aviation Engines hardware field support expert to customers (airlines/operators/repairs hops/aircraft manufacturers). As Hardware Owner the Product Support Engineer, identifies and tracks in-service reliability of hardware/modules/systems, determines need for repair development or product improvements, develops and owns field control programs. Responsible to contribute to minimize potential customer operation disruptions due to in-service issues. Develop field plans including Service Bulletins, Initiate/participate in Technical/Tollgate Reviews, Quick Market Intelligence (QMIs), Cluster Calls, prepares technical communications to customers, and is responsible for accuracy of technical publications’ content (Engine Maintenance Manual, Aircraft Maintenance Manual, Illustrated Part Catalog, Service Bulletins, Departure Records, etc.).
