What You Will Be Working On
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining governance frameworks, compliance standards, and best practices for software development and product management.
- Leverage existing frameworks or collaborate with relevant teams to develop new ones that align with organization policies and regulatory requirements.
- Adopt a holistic approach to stakeholder engagement, working with internal governance bodies, risk and compliance teams, and regulatory authorities to ensure adherence to security, regulatory and operational requirements.
- Refine internal processes to enhance efficiency, manage risks, and ensure seamless coordination between Product Management, Engineering and external stakeholders.
