**What you’ll do**:
- **Primary Function**- Manages High Performance Engineering Teams and guide their efforts towards implementation and compliance of the Mfg Engineering Strategy, adherence to Training and Development Plans.
- Ensures Manufacturing Process Capability and define the proper Process Controls to meet Product Manufacturability Requirements.
- Mentor and Develop Sr Manufacturing and Jr Manufacturing Engineers to achieve the Expertise level required aligned to Individual development plans and Manufacturing Processes Management assigned to everyone.
- Ensure New Product Development is performed following the current Engineering Policies and procedures, including ProLaunch Methodology, Manufacturing Process Compliance and Control.-
- Coordinate with Multifunctional teams and staff members to achieve organizational goals, transition plans and project schedules on time and budget.
