1) Lead a team of more than 40 well qualified engineers in Design and Development of Thermal systems (HVAC and Engine Cooling). 2) Lead the advanced technology projects and simulation in the thermal systems area. Develop thermal system innovation strategy for short and long-term. 3) Define short and long-term plan to implement thermal systems advanced technologies based on resources available and by understanding the competitive market. 4) Should drive and implement the core best practices, and lessons learned for all current and future programs.
