Lead a high-performing engineering team (4-5 pax) at one of Singapore's most respected investment institutions.
This is an opportunity for an experienced C# engineer to combine hands‑on technical expertise with people leadership, helping shape the platforms that underpin a global investment business managing over USD $800bn in assets .
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of senior software engineers.
- Drive the design and delivery of modern C#/.NET applications supporting Treasury & Accounting .
- Partner closely with finance stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
- Champion engineering best practices including architecture, code quality and Agile delivery.
- Contribute to technical strategy whilst remaining hands‑on where required. ...
