As a Lead Engineer in NVH at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) deliverables. Your responsibilities include: Will be responsible for powertrain level NVH simulation
Execution of Engine VDVPs using AVL excite
Meeting NVH target ( Engine 1-m noise and torsional vibration) as per project requirements by proposing modification
Preparing design guidelines for Engine for ensuring implemention at CAD stage with design team as part of contenting strategy.
Attend CFT meeting and highlight NVH risk to PEH
Collaborate with NVH test team for faster delivery
Experience
Your role as a Lead Engineer requires a solid foundation of experience, ideally ranging from 3 to 5 years in the relevant field. Preferred qualifications include: Acquitance of AVL Excite powerunit software
