As an Electrical Cables Design Engineer, you own the design and development of cables and harnesses across the full product lifecycle. You will ensure robust, manufacturable designs that meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets while supporting turbine reliability and performance. You collaborate with global Power Systems colleagues and cross-functional teams to validate concepts, drive improvements, and standardize practices. This role leverages your engineering judgement to deliver reliable, cost-effective solutions for wind turbines. You will help shape product performance and lifecycle ownership through proactive validation and continuous improvement.
