Job Description Summary

The Electrical Cables Design Engineer is in charge of design and development of electrical cables and harnesses across the full product lifecycle. This role is responsible for delivering robust, reliable and manufacturable design from concept through validation, serial production and operation/service life. The electrical cables design engineer will be responsible for the complete lifecycle ownership of electrical cables and harnesses in the wind turbine, ensuring designs meet technical safety, quality, cost, and delivery requirements. The role focuses on reliability and turbine performance following a continuous improvement approach and requires strong engineering judgment, collaboration, and a proactive approach to validation, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement.
