Lead complex and standard bridge projects from concept through detailed design, ensuring high‑quality and technically sound outcomes. Develop conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs for bridges, retaining walls, culverts, and other civil structures supporting major transportation corridors. Conduct inspections, structural assessments, and rehabilitation designs that enhance the longevity and safety of existing assets. Prepare construction quantities, cost estimates, and documentation to support tendering and funding decisions.
