LEAD ELECTRICAL and I&C ENGINEER

Lead Electrical & I&C Engineer with responsibility for engineering leadership, design management, and project execution of electrical power distribution, control, automation, and critical utility systems for semiconductor wafer fabrication facilities. Provide technical oversight across all project phases including feasibility, FEED, detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up. Lead multidisciplinary coordination, develop engineering standards and specifications, manage MV/LV power systems, UPS, generators, substations, and grounding systems, and oversee controls integration for critical process utilities such as UPW, HVAC, CDA, PCW, CHW, gas, chemical, and exhaust systems. Ensure compliance with SEMI, NFPA, IEC, IEEE, NEC, and client standards while supporting vendor management, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and engineering team development.
