- To manage resources, provide design & drafting and direction, ensure completion and quality of deliverables within manhours and project timeline.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Supervise and co-ordinate of discipline Seniors/Designers to ensure smooth execution of projects by on time delivery of technical content and drawing packages as assigned by the Design Manager or their delegate.
- Ensure all Seniors/Designers are working in accordance with all company procedures and guidelines and project relevant philosophies and specifications.
- Contribute to the creation of project CTR estimates as assigned by the Design Manager or their delegate.
- Prepare, check and approve (including liaising with Discipline Engineers as required) of error‑free, non‑ambiguous discipline design deliverables as required for the satisfactory execution of the project scope by providing technical direction for Seniors/Designers.
