Lead EHS Specialist Latam (Monterrey)

Job Description Summary: Lead EHS Specialist LatAm has responsibility for the Spanish speaking countries in Latin America, focusing on Mexico, Colombia, and Chile for Grid Automation. The role ensures organization and employees adhere to EHS standards and life‑saving rules, shaping and maintaining a safety culture. Responsibilities include implementing safety rules, promoting safety culture, performing site inspections to prevent incidents, minimize resource leakage, improve efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The specialist conducts safety training, collaborates with departments such as quality control and operations, reviews safety measures across departments, and designs safety procedures to minimize workplace accidents.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support operational teams during all project phases (panel construction, test, installation, commissioning, etc.).
• Carrying out safety risks assessments prior to starting a new project.
