Lead, Digital Mortgage Platform & Architecture

Mashreq seeks a senior engineer to lead the design, architecture and development of its end-to-end Digital Mortgage Platform. You will leverage ReactJS for customer journeys, and Java/Spring Boot with microservices to enable a scalable mortgage lifecycle across origination, underwriting and servicing.

Role requires deep mortgage domain expertise, leadership and hands-on delivery across API-first architectures, cloud-native tech, CI/CD and Camunda workflow automation.
