Purpose:
In addition to performing imaging procedures at an advanced level, coordinates workflow, assists with projects and coordinates educational activities. Functions as a working technologist and distributes workload to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
Assists with quality assurance projects and assists in the development of exam protocols alongside of or in place of advanced technologists and communicates results back to departmental leadership.Assists in talent acquisition interviews for successful recruitment of technologist candidates and provides feedback for annual performance reviews.Coordinates daily workflow and schedule of the department while maintaining staffing levels based on, but not limited to, call offs, vacations, patient volumes, and training needs.Performs all responsibilities of Diagnostic Tech I and Advanced Diagnostic Tech II.Leads orientation and training for new hir...
