Lead DevOps Engineer (Bahía Blanca)

We are seeking a seasoned Lead DevOps Engineer to become part of our team.

You will take ownership of the automation foundation of the cloud platform by establishing standards for infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and environment provisioning. This position turns manual operations into self-service experiences, allowing teams to deliver in a safe and reliable manner.

Responsibilities

• Shape and advance the company's Infrastructure as Code (IaC) approach, covering reusable Terraform modules, account provisioning, and environment templates
• Architect, construct, and support CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure, platform services, and reference application patterns
• Set standards for branching, promotions, secret handling, configuration drift detection, and environment parity
• Build self-service tooling that turns requests and tickets into curated IaC pull requests featuring human approval checkpoints
