Our CRM ecosystem, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (including Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights ), plays a critical role in customer acquisition, contract lifecycle management, SLA monitoring, and operational coordination, tightly integrated with TMS and finance systems.
You will act as the technical authority for CRM development, ensuring that the platform:
Follows structured DevOps and governance standards
Lead development in C# plugins and custom extensions
