Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Lead DeskSide Support - Contact Center. This position involves providing comprehensive end-user support in a Microsoft-centric environment, supporting a primarily remote workforce with some onsite responsibilities, ensuring efficient technology operations and user satisfaction.
Pay rate range (CAD): $35.00/hr – $40.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Provide deskside and remote support for end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues
- Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office suite
- Deploy, configure, and maintain laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices
