Location: Hybrid (Downtown, Toronto)

Duration: 12 months

Our client, a leading financial institution in Downtown Toronto, is looking for a Lead Design Researcher to direct discussions with Design and cross‑functional teams about Design Research strategy, provides strategic advice and recommendations, and contributes to the development of new research methodologies. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the Top 5 Banks in Canada.

Typical Day in role

Design Research Strategy 30%

• Directs Design peers on research methodologies, shares pre‑existing research with stakeholders, and collaborates with other Design Researchers to explore shared questions and deepen understanding of user behavior.
