Lead Design Engineer, Pen Injector Devices

Roche Holding AG is seeking an experienced device engineer to lead mechanical development of drug delivery devices in a regulated pharma setting. The role requires hands‑on injector development, CAD and simulations, and cross‑functional collaboration with QA, Regulatory and Clinical teams.

You will apply advanced engineering methods, drive design for manufacturing, and maintain rigorous documentation and risk management to ensure compliant, reliable products.
