You will engage in business case evaluations, lead design reviews, and ensure thorough compliance with industry regulations. Your role also includes mentoring engineers and developing innovative system-level designs using CAD.
Key Responsibilities:
• Innovate and develop Injection Molding tooling
• Lead and mentor design engineering teams
• Verify and guide engineering documentation
• Manage design reviews and risk assessments
• Champion regulatory compliance across projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 10+ years of relevant design experience
• Extensive knowledge of CAD modeling
• Expert in engineering principles and tooling
