Lead Design Engineer for Complex Projects & Mentoring

Fluor is seeking an Area Lead on assigned projects in Chile to apply advanced engineering techniques and deliver value on complex assignments. You will lead estimates, schedules, procurement, and mentoring teams, ensuring design criteria and specifications meet project goals.

The role requires a four-year engineering degree and 10+ years of related experience, with strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate with management, clients and suppliers.
