Lead Database Administrator (Salta)

We are looking for a skilled Lead Database Administrator to take charge of our on-premises infrastructure. In this position, you will be responsible for the management and security of mission‑critical PostgreSQL and EnterpriseDB (EDB) Postgres Advanced Server systems. Your expertise will help ensure continuous uptime, robust data compliance, and smooth migrations in both physical and virtual environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration and upkeep of PostgreSQL and EDB Postgres Advanced Server (EPAS) clusters in an on‑premises setting
• Enhance database efficiency by analyzing and tuning slow queries and modifying parameters with EDB Postgres Enterprise Manager (PEM)
• Maintain high availability by managing failover, replication, and disaster recovery processes using EDB tools
