Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine R&D is recruiting a Principal Data Scientist, Real World Evidence (RWE) for Madrid or Barcelona, with hybrid work. Lead end-to-end RWE projects to generate actionable insights across pipelines and regulatory submissions.

Collaborate with R&D Data, Data Science & AI teams and external partners to design studies, analyze real-world data, and deliver robust evidence to improve patient outcomes and development strategies.
