Lead Data Platform Engineer (AWS) — Spark & Redshift

NorthBay, LLC is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to design, develop, and optimize large-scale data platforms with a strong emphasis on AWS-based pipelines. The role requires 5 to 8+ years of experience and a hybrid work arrangement in Pakistan, with availability aligned to UAE business hours and holidays.

You will work closely with a UAE-based customer, implementing PySpark, AWS Glue, EMR, Redshift, and SQL-based data warehousing while ensuring performance, data quality, and governance across
