Overview
What is the opportunity? This position is to research and design new and complex technology, provide best‑in‑class and cost‑effective solutions for Contact Center Reporting to meet business and technical requirements. The successful candidate will also lead a team of Data Engineers to ensure appropriate business acceptance, production acceptance, and integration testing, and to migrate solutions to production with minimal or no interruption to the Contact Centre operation.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Data Engineers in building and maintaining ETLs for internal RBC teams.
