Description Define and evolve the data architecture, ensuring scalability and alignment with technology plan. Design and implement the Data Platform (Salesforce Data 360), coordinating implementation partners, Olocip, and internal team. Establish data governance model: quality, lineage, security, regulatory compliance (GDPR). In-depth audit of existing solutions: data lake, golden data record, key integrations (SSO, CRM, ERP). Generate technical documentation as basis for knowledge transfer. Act as PM for complex data projects (Data Platform, Phase 4 of Data Lake, integrations with new ERPs). Coordinate external suppliers and implementers, ensuring compliance with deadlines, technical quality, knowledge transfer. Support development of reporting layers in Power BI, establishing criteria for data sources and reporting architecture.
