Lead Data Analyst - Technical Lead

We're looking for a technically strong and highly collaborative senior Lead Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team and help shape the future of Stryker's strategy and impact.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about modern analytics practices, mentoring others, and building scalable solutions that enable better business outcomes. You'll provide technical leadership, support capability uplift, and help drive adoption of best practices, tools, and platforms including Microsoft Fabric and Databricks.
