Lead Customer Success Engineer will be responsible for managing the technical parts of the processes for the implementation of customer journey thus leading to the utmost Customer Success desired level.
Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Providing customer support for offered products and services
- Develop and deliver best-in-class support to our growing list of customers
- Providing technical support to our clients, managing client issues to resolution.
- Providing detailed documentation to support the issue resolution
- Organizing additional resources from other teams to aid the issue to completion
- Providing the clients with bi/monthly status reports and system health checks
- Should be responsible of understanding the project and desired outcome
- Understanding customers’ complex technical requirements,
- Offering expertise in how to use our product,
