Qualifications

  • College diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of business experience, including FedEx Call Center
  • 2 years of training or facilitation experience
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Bilingual in French and English if residing in Quebec
