Manage CSR India function Ensure 100% effective utilization of company CSR funds in line with regulations and company policy. Manage and execute large flag ship CSR projects in coordination with stakeholders including partners, education institutes, beneficiaries, finance and advisors. Comply and report CSR function projects in line with regulatory and company policies.
Manage and oversee CSR project partners to design , plan and optimally execute projects. Assess effectiveness of the projects and report impact assessment when needed.
Complete all essential reporting documents to comply Build and scale industry-academia collaborations (PPP model) Manage RE portal and strengthen digitization of managing the CSR project and function overall. Prepare , review contracts and manage workflow associated to all admin requirements like contract, Pos and payments. Travel as necessary to monitor schedule, quality and cost of the projects.
