Job Title: Lead Courseware Development Specialist

Job Overview
The Lead Courseware Development Specialist is an important member of the Training Development team, liaising with multiple subcontractors to ensure the courseware developed for the Future Air Crew Training (FAcT) program is aligned with the desired training design. This role will require a collaborative approach with stakeholders, subject matters experts and technical personnel.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the Chief Training Designer in the execution of the development of related courseware.
- Support courseware development activities related to the program.
- Review courseware deliverables from the subcontractor to ensure compliance with program guidelines and courseware design.
