**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- As a consultant and facilitator to challenge teams to enhance the performance of their processes.
- Works as a process transformation expert identifying opportunities to partner with leadership in support of the organization's business goals and objectives.
- Coordinate, track, and provide status updates on the continuous improvement projects and assesses progress and establishes cadence reporting on CI performance goals.
- Support and communicate issues that can affect our CI roadmap.
- Support business units with ongoing CI projects by guiding the CI teams on the organization given strategies to enhance process effectiveness.
- Acts as a support to the business unit, in service provider role.
