Lead Consultant, Delivery Assurance at Guidewire

In this execution-focused role, you will support the Senior Director, Services Partner Quality Assurance by executing Delivery Assurance activities. Your responsibilities will include coordinating reviews, gathering critical partner information, and engaging with stakeholders to align project expectations. A successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and enjoy ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery outcomes across SI-led and Guidewire-involved programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate AMER Delivery Assurance review processes and cadence
• Support the Partner Capability Maturity Model across the region
• Organize materials and document findings during reviews
• Create assessments highlighting delivery strengths and risks
• Implement partner quality KPIs to drive improvement
