Position Overview
Autodesk Consulting is looking for a Lead Consultant to join our Southern Europe team, supporting strategic customers across France, Italy, Spain and Portugal. This hybrid role combines business consulting, industry expertise, solution implementation and customer advisory. You will partner with some of Autodesk’s largest customers to define their digital transformation strategy, lead solution adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will be comfortable discussing business strategy with executives and also configuring solutions, leading workshops and guiding implementation teams. You will lead customer engagements from discovery through value realization, coordinating cross‑functional teams and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey.
