Responsibilities
- Change Management professional is responsible for planning, leading, and supporting organizational change initiatives related to operational transformation, digitalization, process improvements, ERP implementations, automation, restructuring, and continuous improvement programs.
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans for manufacturing transformation initiatives.
- Drive Change Impact analysis, Training, Adoption, Communication and other Change Management activities.
- Drive stakeholder engagement activities.
- Support leadership alignment and transition during change initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in change management, manufacturing operations, transformation programs, or project management.
- Understanding of manufacturing environments and operational processes.
