We're looking for a Lead Carpenter who's just as comfortable with a tool in hand as running a crew — someone who leads by example, not from the truck.
This is a 50% supervision / 50% hands‑on role. You're on site every day, working alongside your team, coordinating trades, and making sure the work meets standard at every stage.
