Experience
- 10+ years of Business Analysis experience
- 5+ years in a Lead/Senior Business Analyst role
- Proven experience leading BA teams and managing multiple workstreams
Insurance Domain Expertise (Mandatory)
Strong hands-on experience in:
- Policy Administration
- Claims Management
- Insurance Operations
- Regulatory & Compliance Requirements
Business Analysis & Delivery
- Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Management
- BRD, FSD, User Stories & Use Cases
- Process Mapping, Gap Analysis & Impact Assessment
- Functional Solution Design
