Lead Building Engineer: Operations, Maintenance & Safety

Asia Affinity Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Building Engineer to oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of all building systems at our properties. The role includes ensuring compliance with regulations and providing excellent service to tenants and clients.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, relevant licenses, and experience in facilities management. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential. This is a full-time position, with some on-call duties required.
