ABOUT OUR OPPORTUNITY
We are in search of knowledgeable and engaging professional Lead Bartender, responsible for leading bartenders in daily duties to ensure professional, competent, and prompt service to customers, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences, while showcasing extensive wine, spirits and beer knowledge, according to the standards of Bow & Bend .
Primary accountabilities include:
- Consistently provide the highest quality of service to our customers and staff alike, leading by example.
- Ensure opening and closing duties are completed.
- Train, maintain and enforce all service standards.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment for all associates and customers. Reports unsafe conditions to manager.
