Lead Backend Engineer — AWS/REST, Team Leadership

PassFort is looking for a Backend Developer to work closely with company leadership and guide junior developers. This role is to implement a secure backend architecture using AWS, lead a development team, and ensure high-quality software delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, at least 4 years of backend development experience, and a minimum of 3 years managing software projects. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
