- Minimum 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, including Generative AI, NLP, Predictive Analytics, and Data Technologies.
- Proven experience leading AI initiatives from business ideation through implementation and delivery.
- Good understanding of AI/ML concepts, data lifecycle, model deployment, and LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama).
- Hands-on exposure to SQL, Power BI/Tableau, basic Python, and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Ability to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions and interpret data science outputs into actionable insights.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management, requirement gathering, user stories, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration.
