Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in ITSM and Production Support environments.
- Strong experience supporting Azure Cloud and Data Platform production operations.
- Hands-on experience with ITIL processes, including Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management, using ServiceNow.
- Excellent troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks (ADB), Python, SQL, and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace.
