Lead Automotive Wiring Harness Design & Release Engineer

Segula Technologies in Toluca is seeking an experienced Senior Design & Release (D&R) Engineer to lead the design, development, validation and release of Electrical Distribution Systems (EDS) and wiring harness assemblies for automotive programs in a hybrid work setup.

You will coordinate with product engineering, manufacturing and Tier-1 suppliers, mentor junior engineers, and drive DFMEA, DVP&R, and ECR/ECM processes to ensure cost, quality and timing targets are met.
