Lead Architect: Scalable Apps & AI-Driven SDLC

Brickstech is seeking a hands-on Engineering Lead to own architecture and scalability for our real‑time on-demand grocery platform. You will guide service design, maintain coding standards, and drive our AI‑led SDLC initiative while mentoring a small team of engineers.

You will work closely with developers to ensure scalable, observable services, containerized deployments, and robust CI/CD practices, while balancing performance, reliability and maintainability across the stack.
