Lead Architect, Digital Manufacturing Process Design

Vertiv is seeking a Manager / Senior Leader of Manufacturing Process Design to drive the virtual-to-physical transition of power and thermal products. You will bridge R&D and shop floor with high-fidelity DES, integrating full-line balancing to optimize lines before production.

Leadership experience in manufacturing process design, DFM/DFA reviews, and data-driven optimization is essential. Global launch strategy and strong communication with senior leadership are key components of this role.
