About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Architect, Automation & AIOps to drive intelligent operations strategy across a large-scale enterprise IT environment. The right candidate brings deep roots in IT automation and AIOps platforms, with emerging fluency in AI and agentic technologies that are reshaping how operations teams work.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will own platform architecture, vendor strategy, and automation program delivery while helping the organization navigate the shift from traditional runbook automation toward AI-augmented, self-healing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture and lifecycle management of enterprise AIOps platforms, including event correlation, alert enrichment, incident routing, and fault management
  • Own the automation estate strategy, governing, rationalizing, and migrating large portfolios of operational automation use cases (200-400+) across platforms
